I have never written a review like this, but I must take the time to post one for the incomparable Michael Ngo from Nublock realty! He recently handled the sale of our Single family home in South Fontana. From start to finish, he handled every detail with total engagement, care, and professional expertise. He suggested a selling price, but wanted to make sure we would be comfortable with that result if it was our highest offer. He was sure that the price would bring in a number of offers, and was confident that we would get well over our asking price. Did we ever - we received 11 offers and sold for a whopping $10,000 over list price! We know the market is nuts these days, but we believe it was his knowledge of the best way to price our home that brought us such a huge windfall. ?? We could not have asked for a better real estate professional for so many other reasons as well. It was evident from Day One that he is passionate about his work and was in near daily contact with us as we prepared for our open house, then after the sale to make sure our communication with the new owner was going smoothly, He didn't drop the ball at any point. Micheal. Ngo is amazing!?? If you are seeking a real estate agent to sell your home (He is also great at helping you find a home), you could not do any better than hiring Micheal Ngo. His skilled knowledge and understanding of the complexities of the transaction, and its changing housing market, and his kindness, patience, and care make for the total package. Did I mention he is THE BEST?

I highly recommend Michael for any real estate transaction. Michael assisted me and my family in our first home purchase. He is very thorough and takes the time to understand what you are looking for. Additionally, he walks you through the whole process and is quick to answer any concerns and questions. I was very surprised with how patient he was with us. I am very picky and saw well over a dozen homes and did not seem bothered by it at all. Especially with the complexities of scheduling viewings during COVID-19 pandemic. He assisted me with a few offers with a rapid turn around. Thanks to his assistant. Once we had an accepted offer and entered contract, she was able to deliver docusign papers for me immediately. Michael even referred me to a great loan officer. Who played an integral role in understanding my loan needs and demands. It is very apparent that Michael and his team are extremely helpful and professional. You are in good hands with them. They are genuinely interested in ensuring that you are happy and get what you need.

Nguyen was awesome helping my husband and I find a home. He was patient when we didn't know what we wanted and used his experience to guide us through our first home buying experience. He worked for us and got is the best price for our home. When the sellers got difficult he was able to remain professional and assist us to get the house we wanted at an awesome price. He was available all hours, very responsive, and went above and beyond. He helped us navigate the covid crisis responsibly and still get a home during a hard time. We closed in exactly 30 days even with minor delays from the sellers. I will recommend him to anyone!

Mike made selling our family home so easy! He is easy to communicate with, accommodating, listened to all of our needs, and really just went above and beyond. He treats his clients like family, which is so important. With something so important you want someone like Mike, who will be reliable and honest and has your best interest in mind.
