Michael Myers became our listing Agent after our original Agent left the Broker. From our initial meeting forward he filled in the blanks and made the best recommendations to rapidly get a contract on the home. When we received the offer Michael went over the positives of what we should do to make sure we kept the Buyer engaged in purchasing the home. Over the next few weeks of the Buyer working out the mortgage, completing the inspections, and reviewing the home again Michael kept us informed of each step as he learned it occurred. There were issues with the Buyer and the Mortgage being accepted and we had three scheduled closing dates and times prior to the closing being completed. Michael walked us through each of this even providing email's from the Buyer's Agent so we would better understand what he was learning as he learned it. Michael was complete in his communications, responsive to my questions and statements and keep us from giving up on the Buyer's problems with their mortgage.
