The time came for us to put our house up for sale so we could move closer to our extended family, but we had little experience with local realtors. My wife and I are retired teachers, and we talked to a former student. She recommended the Sereno Realtors in general and their agent Mike Murphy in particular. Mike looked at their property and made suggestions for items that would make the sale a little quicker and maybe for a larger offer. Those suggestions were carried out and the sale made. We called Mike; he came over and made his suggestions. We could tell that he is a pro and knows what he is doing. Things were done to the property and it was put up for sale.
