He worked with us to make sure we found the perfect house. Anything we needed (questions, concerns, etc), Michael was there to help us. If there was a question he could not answer right then and there, he got back to us with an answer the same day. Never once were we in fear of being taken advantage of. He went above and beyond to ensure we were able to meet our closing date. If something came up that needed our attention, he immediately gave us a call or sent us an e-mail. I would absolutely refer him to my friends and family who were trying to sell or buy a new home. You will be more than happy with Michael Murphy. I couldn't ask for a better agent.
