Mike is a great guy with a reputation for detail and knowledge in paperwork and the law. About six years ago, after an unsuccessful attempt to sell the previous year, I listed with Mike. He sold that house in two weeks. Then came house hunting with mike. I had him show me over twenty houses before I settled on one. Always in a good mood and always got me into the houses I asked about in 24 hrs, a couple of times we looked at 2 or 3 a day. Well I only lasted 5 years in that house before relocating to NC.
