Everything went perfectly start to finish. The home was widely advertised. We had timely communication and Michael knew the market well. Michael gave us excellent references for movers and contractors to do some repairs. He gave us sound advice and direction regarding negotiations and strategy. His associates Desiree and Karen were also very helpful and responsive.
