Mick was recommended to me by two very close friends of mine, who have used his services in the past. I reached out to him over the phone and he answered nearly immediately, and offered to chat whenever was possible for me. Right off the bat he helped me get the ball rolling, giving me guidance and advice on what should be done to get my house ready to sell. He has so much knowledge on what people look for the most in a house, legal concerns when it comes to selling, and market value and rates. He was always available for phone calls when I had questions or concerns, and put a lot of time into his end of the sale with paperwork, contracts, etc. I was very impressed with how efficiently he was able to produce everything needed for closing, and with how easy he made the whole process for me. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mick to anyone looking at buying or selling a home. He doesn't sugar-coat anything and is kind, understanding and helpful.
