There is not enough room to tell you what an amazing agent Mick is!! We had a long road selling my late husband’s home! COVID hit and really made Mick’s job harder but he NEVER gave up! When issues happened because the house was empty, Mick was a wealth of information and contacts to handle them. The level of communication was 5 notches ABOVE EXCELLENT! If I ever need a realtor again it will be Mick!!

Mick was extremely helpful while we were looking for houses. His knowledge of things to look for, things that may *seem* to be nice but were actually not, and proper ways to build/install/renovate pieces of homes was one of the biggest reasons we trusted him as our agent. If he said something was not done right or maybe wasn't done as good as it could have been, we knew he was telling the truth. He was always up front and honest with us through every step of the process, from figuring out what we were looking for to walking through countless houses to putting in offers. There were times where we mentioned an offer price and he told us what it would take to put the best offer on the table from us, which sometimes meant reconsidering our initial offer. That may seem like a bad thing to some, but it was great to be able to have that honest communication and not waste his time or ours. Mick was always, 100% of the time, willing to show us any home we sent to him and was never negative about any of them. Through the process we lost out on a number of houses, which was discouraging, but it was nice to know we had Mick to help us start the next day in looking for the next house. All in all, we cannot say enough great things about having him as our realtor. As first time home buyers, the process was pretty overwhelming, but Mick helped explain everything at every phase of the process which helped more than we can explain and was even there to answer our questions after the sale was completed. If we could give this review more than 5 stars we would. When the time comes for our next home, whenever that is, Mick will be our choice because we know we have the best realtor already!
