Maybe the best way to explain my experience with Mike is to break this down into the three categories that I put in the title. Mike is knowledgeable in historic real estate. He had a good feel for the market. We appreciated the understanding on upkeep side of owning any older home. I believe he has remodeled other older homes. We felt very confident that he knew the work that was involved with restoring this 1902 beautiful home. Mike was helpful in the way of repairs and upgrades that the buyer wanted prior to the close. He put together a good plan to get us to the finish line. Comfortable is the best way to describe Mike because he has those qualities that will allow each party to remain calm and respectful during negotiations. I think this is one of the best traits for anyone in the real estate market. They need to know the market and no what would be fair for all parties.
