Buying and selling a home can be a little overwhelming, but the process was so much easier with the professional guidance of Michael Markus. Mike helped us find our new construction home in Riverview, and helped answer questions we had about the area and guided us through the process. Additionally, we listed our old house with him. I’ll admit, I was a bit scared about this part, as it was my first time selling a house. However, we followed his advice on what issues we needed to address and listed near his recommend price. The house went under contract within days and we got the price we wanted. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome!
