Mike took into account everything we said and wanted and made it a point to show us only houses we were interested in. Very knowledgeable about the local market and what look for in a house when moving from out of state. We were in a situation where we weren't in a rush to find a house and explained that to him and he never made us feel like we needed to make a quick decision. He was always available for all questions and responded right away no matter what time of day. He made the whole process simple and easy and explained every step along the way. We would recommend Mike to anyone we know and would feel comfortable in doing so. Even though he was our realtor we feel like he became a friend along the way.

Mike really knows his stuff from real estate to the construction side his wealth of knowledge is priceless. He really takes the time to be thorough in all aspects of the home search and buying process. He truly took so much off of our plate and it made a really stressful process manageable for us.
