Michael is a fantastic real estate agent. He communicated (every single step of the way) what was going on, and what was happening next. This was in addition to having the process spelled out in a tangible folder that I received on our first visit. He knows what he is doing, and he is extremely professional. I never felt "out of the loop" during what was an emotional (Estate sale) process. Michael explained to me what I didn't understand with patience. From meeting to closing, he nailed it in just under a month. Michael also is very personable. He's a nice guy. Cliche maybe, but it's true. Serious about the business he has made for himself, but at the same time down to earth. Ramsey Trusted is a filter I use, whether it be for budgeting, investing, taxes or real estate.
