After deciding to relocate from North Carolina to West Hartford, we were lucky enough to connect with Michael. He made a long distance purchase incredibly smooth and simple. He was attentive to our preferences and helped us narrow down a home (nearly entirely virtually) very quickly. He continues to go above and beyond as we do some updating to our new home, again remotely. His assistance in meeting with contractors in lieu of our presence is well beyond our expectations. Michael is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, patient and kind!! He knew so much about the homes we were viewing, materials used, companies for the equipment installed in the homes and if they were good or not, things that would need replacing if the home were to be purchased and how you would need to go about replacing things depending on what was used for adhesives, even the plants on the property, whether or not they were invasive or good for your yard. He always responded to my questions quickly and when he wasn't able to get to me right away he would still communicate that with me so I knew he did see my messages. He was willing to work with my schedule for showings and was always able to get me in for showings in a reasonable time frame. He was extremely patient with my million and one questions and never once made me feel like I was being a pest! He helped guide me through the entire process, he helped me locate a lender and an attorney. I never felt like he was trying to get me to accept something I did not want just for him to get a closing, he listened to me and gave me sound advise and made sure that I was happy when we would put offers in. He was very understanding when I would not want to put in offers on a home even though I had him look at so many with me and never made me feel like I was pressured to put in an offer just because I looked at the home. He also listened to my wants and my dislikes and helped give guidance when looking at homes to see which ones would be worth viewing or not. It was a pleasure working with him through out the entire process. I will be recommending him to all my friends and family and I would 100% use him again for my own realty needs.

We first worked with Mike to buy our current home. When it came to time to sell our former home we didn't hesitate to work with him again. Mike always goes above an beyond.
