The Denver market is not a forgiving one. It takes a great deal of patience and involves a lot of heartbreak. With that being said, I can't imagine going with any other broker than Michael Losasso. From the very beginning, Michael did nothing but put my interests ahead of himself (which is hard to do as a realtor I imagine). Every house I walked into, instead of being the typical cheesy realtor just trying to close a sale, he would point out all his concerns and the positive aspects of the home. I cannot even count how many times he saved me from making a terrible mistake. If I ever was making an impulsive decision to put an offer on a house, he would always real me back in to make sure that I never experienced buyer's remorse. Instead of thinking about his paycheck, he always was concerned with my needs. I can't imagine how difficult it must have been for Michael to deal with a buyer in such a low budget range in this market. Being in the low-price range, below $300k is nearly impossible in Denver, and yet he got me every part of my checklist (which was very specific might I add). He never wavered after 6 months of putting countless offers on homes and got me into my dream place. I know for a fact that if I hadn’t chosen Michael as my realtor I’d be stuck in a small condo feeling sad that I didn’t get what I wanted. I couldn’t be any happier than I am at this point with how it all went down. I got into my dream home and I owe it all to him. If you are on the fence with what realtor to choose, call Michael Losasso, I guarantee you won’t be sorry.
