Michael helped the reviewer buy this property

Michael is AMAZING!

I'm a first-time home buyer and Michael was our agent. He has my highest recommendation! As a "newbie", he made sure that I understood every aspect of the home buying process. He spent hours on the phone and countless e-mails explaining the contracts that needed to be signed and any issues that arose. It is important to him that you feel empowered throughout the whole process. Additionally, he is ALWAYS available and quick to respond to any of your questions. He even checks in after the sale has closed to make sure everything is okay and to see if you have any additional questions. Lastly, he is an expert negotiator! He spent hours down at the city building department and got our sale price way down from our initial bid, which was amazing. Overall, he made this experience a very positive one for me!
