MICHAEL helped the reviewer buy this property

He was the calm to my storm

Michael is all over the communication. I was was under extreme pressure to locate a home in 3 days. I had little knowlede of the area. He immediatly booked homes for me to look at as soon as I got off the plane, we hit the ground running. With me being in a massive rush, he kept very calm. which helped me tremendously. He took care of and, set everything up for me including , final walk through, home inspection and so on. If he had a concern about a property, he investigated further to get the information in question. Im not sure I could have gotten through this huge change of living over 40 years at the Jersey shore to coastal North Carolina where I knew not a single person, without him. He was knowledgable, kind and incredibly patient. I wasnt sure anyone would be able to tolerate my frantic and, in a constant rush type demeanor. If I did make him rushed, not one time let it show. I felt he actually cared about where I was going to live comfortably. I'm thankful for everything he did for me.
