Michael is on top of what is and isn't selling in the Lake Ashton area. He priced our house to SELL & it sold in 2 days! He patiently and calmly talked us through everything we needed to do to stage & sell the house. His photographer took fantastic pictures, including drone pictures. Mile advised us on which services such as the electric to have turned off at specific times to allow the new owner to have services at the house on day one. Since we we were moving before the sale closed, he described how the signing process would be handled by the Lake Wales Title Company. We found Michael to be patient, personable & professional and we HIGHLY recommend him as your realtor.
