Mike told my wife and I how he was going to approach selling our house from advertising, reaching out to other parties, etc., and he did just that. Mike advised us what to do in order to get the house ready for the market and when we thought we were finished, he came out and thought of a couple more things we should do and a couple things that we didn't need to do. He worked very close with us via email and phone calls until we were ready, then our house hit the market. We had multiple showings and an offer within the first week, we held out for the next offer a week later and the house was sold! Everything Mike said he was going to do and how things would play out, happened. Mike is a man of his word and that's why we will be buying though him again and selling our next house with him also!
