I built a relationship with Mike on Instagram a few years ago. At that time, I knew I wanted to purchase a condo in Miami FL but was a few years away, financially. Mike kept in touch throughout the years, which I admired. Our transaction was pretty smooth and easy. I placed an offer and it was accepted!! Michael was an invaluable asset in my first home-buying experience. He connected me to all the necessary resources, as well as continually provided a tailored list of properties. If I had a question about the plethora of items needed to complete, reference, or sign, he responded within minutes. Sure, I had some issues during the process, but none were the fault of Michael, and he strove to smooth over whatever he could as we moved forward. As far as final pricing went, at first visit, he gave me an estimate on what the negotiated price would descend to (listing agent had the property showing for far more than it was worth). At closing, it turned out his estimate from two months earlier was within $600. If you're looking for an agent who will stick with you through the entire process and answer all of your (seemingly ridiculous) questions, Michael is your guy.
