The thing I love about Mike is that he enjoys what he does for a living, he wants to help solve your needs no matter how big or small, and he is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry. Mike Kirksey was a friend of a friend so I asked him to sell my home. Although it took longer than I thought it should to get the complete sign with phone numbers in the yard, he started out being professional. His partner showed the house early on and left the back door unlocked. Then after informing me of a couple showings, he stopped informing me on two separate showings. It was awful to walk into my home knowing that someone had been in it without knowing who...and I only new that someone was there because bedroom doors were left open and the garage door was unlocked. Then, yesterday Jan 23, 2016, a realtor showed up 40 minutes early for a showing. I was still in the home, the realtor and I talked and she told me that Mike had just talked to her and told her she could show up early. I got home and sent Mike a text that I was surprised he didn't call me and warn me. Mike said that conversation didn't happen. He said it would be to difficult to call me and warn me anyway? So I told him that maybe I needed a new realtor if it was to difficult for him to call me. Mike called the other REMAX realtor who works in the same office and she lied to Mike telling him that she never told me that she talked to Mike. Mike believed her and not me, and said that I called him a liar, and ended our contract that was just resigned for termination Feb 29, 2016. And the biggest problem was that he NEVER personally showed the home the home to ANYBODY. So beware!
