This is my second time buying a house in Florida. Michael Johnson has a lot more knowledge and expertise than realtors I’ve used in the past. When you tell him that you’re looking for something specific, he looks until something fits the criteria pretty close if not right on the money. He was very patient with me during the process and explained any process to me that didn’t make sense. On top of that, he doesn’t let todays market get in the way of trying to find a good deal.
