Mike has been the reason we were able to close on our house in less than 45 days. Through the entire process, he was very responsive and thoughtful. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs and guide us through the process. As my representative he was direct in his communications and gave us meaningful advice. Mike gave us his 100% to us and made us feel like we are his only clients through the entire process. At every stage he would brief us about the overall process and then a day prior would remind us. There were days when we were just waiting for things to happen and even during those days he made sure that he would drop in or speak with us giving us updates and what/when to expect as the next step. Communication and follow up on every detail related to the sale even after closing were greatly appreciated. The whole experience was completely stress free. This was big as we were relocating out of state. I can say a lot more good things about Mike and his approach. I would highly recommend working with Mike.
