Buying my home was far more challenging than I ever imagined because I was attempting to purchase a home that was short sale. Michael was incredible every step of the way. It was very stressful dealing with this unexpected challenge, but Michael handled it with professionalism and expertise and I knew I could easily put my trust in him. He made the stress and frustration manageable by keeping me updated very often. Short sales are very complex but he advocated for me at every turn, even when there was one obstacle after another.
