From the moment we met Michael he was super friendly and we had a instant connection. My wife and I had been praying for a good agent. And our prayers had been answered. His sole intention was finding us a good home that would not give us any issues in the years ahead. He wasn't motivated by a quick sale but rather our well-being. His communication skills were outstanding and he always came prepared to each showing of The houses. Even when things were looking bleak because of the lack of new houses. He was still motivated and quickly gave us updates. I would recommend him for anyone looking for a home.

My husband and I met Michael at an open house we just happened to stop by. Owning our home has always been a dream for us and after a couple heartbreaking attempts of being outbid in the past by cash buyers we we were not feeling great about our prospects. At this time Michael wasn’t even our realtor, but he went above and beyond promptly researching and sending us information on waterway developments that we had concerns about with the open house home. He also got a feel for what our dream home would look like and sent us several homes on the market and met us the very next day to tour them. To say he found us our first and forever dream home is an understatement. Being first time home buyers- I am so grateful we found him. He was always available, every home we looked at he helped us look through it thoroughly as if he were buying it himself, he took us back to the home several times throughout the contract period, attended the full inspection, made sure we were protected in our contract, fought hard for us on non-negotiables with the seller, and was a true pleasure to have by our side and on our team every step of the way.
