When it was time to run the credit after my pre approval, there was a delinquent fraudulent account on my credit the we all discovered during the approval process. Michael literally went above and beyond to prove the fraudulent nature of the account and to ensure this discrepancy didn’t affect the process. I strongly believe that if Michael wasn’t my agent this transaction wouldn’t have gone thru to closing. I’m currently in my new place, my credit is fixed. Also important to note that I called him at the most random times (also my attitude could be considered as rude at times) and he was alway understanding and available. 5 out of 5.
