Michael Howell went above and beyond in regards to assisting me with selling my mother's home. He knew that we wanted to sell as quickly as possible and he made that happen for us. There were offers, counterbids, and an extension on settlement. Michael Howell kept us up to date on all of the changes. He kept us in the loop and not in the dark, which we greatly appreciated. Michael went out of his way to drive to my mom's assisted living facility to sign documents and explain them to her in full detail. Him and his team were quite knowledgeable and everything went as smoothly as possibly. I'm a long time friend of the Howell's. I did not need to use "Rate My Agent" to find Michael Howell.
