We initially started working with someone else at Maine Home Connection and were immediately impressed by their organization and the detailed relocation guide available on their website. We ended up working with Michael because our time frame did not allow the other realtor to help us- and we feel incredibly lucky to have stumbled across his services. Where do I even start- we bought a home in a weekend, which was crazy, but Michael made it almost seem easy. He had set up an entire itinerary of available homes for us to tour and was great about adjusting that itinerary when new homes became available, or when we brought up homes that were a little different from our "want list". In all we toured over 20 homes in 2 days and Michael was with us every step of the way. Then, once we had made the decision to purchase our home his services not only continued to be above expectations, but extremely valuable to us as new home buyers. He was present for the inspection and the closing as we were out of town buyers, he provided invaluable expertise on everything from negotiating with the sellers, to what needed to be fixed in the inspection, to finding us experts to do some of those fixes. He never pressured us to look at homes outside of our budget, and did his best to find us what we were looking for in our first home. Michael has truly been an excellent agent to us and helped make our long distance home buying experience a success. He tackled every challenge we threw at him with professionalism and poise, and is also a genuinely good guy and we had a blast hanging out with him throughout this whirlwind experience!
