Do NOT use as a selling agent!!! Worst experience that I have ever seem in a long time! Only interested in himself (turn and burn!) and NOT in you the seller! Was misinformed, told wrong information, mislead and more. Much of the misinformation was "on the phone" which legally can't prove (which I'm sure he knows.). This was the bad experience with a "professional" realtor ever! He told us tons of wrong information to lower the price, as a Selling Agent, yet he made over $9,000 commission for less then 2 weeks of work (an actual <40 hours of work)! He took advantage of my Lady, while I was overseas! DO NOT USE to represent your house! He is only looking to turn it over at under market cost so he can make a huge commission without doing any work! I recommend using ANYONE else but Michael.
