As a REALTOR®, I pride myself on being dependable and committed to my clients. Educating my clients during every step of the selling/buying process is my number one priority! This ensures a comfortable framework for all transactions with the least amount of inconvenience to the client. When a seller seeks my assistance to list their property, I have two fundamental rules. The first, is to devote myself entirely to secure the highest possible price for their property. Followed by generating appeal to potential buyers in the market to sell the property in the shortest amount of time. Purchasing real estate is a big investment that requires critical decisions in a time sensitive environment. When working with a buyer, I listen and collect as much data as possible to find the home that best suits their needs within their desired budget. Creating a positive buyer experience is imperative! The goal is to make the transaction seem effortless to my client. Passion combined with attention to detail, follow up, time management, and extensive customer service background allows me to execute this flawlessly. I have a degree in Business (Liberal Arts). I have also completed courses in property management and negotiations of residential real estate. In the last five years I have closed nearly 15 million dollars in volume.
