Timing is everything
From the onset, Michael’s strategy to sell our home was spot-on. We were selling and buying simultaneously in another state which meant keeping things roped in on a rapidly changing timeline were not only logistically difficult but even a small error in judgment or misstep could have had a resounding financial impact. Michael navigated this all with grace and ease and the end result was better than we could have hoped.
