Quick and Easy
Mike was quick and very detailed in all aspects. He was able to sell my house with a seamless transition to getting me into my new house, on the same day. He responds quickly which is important and his knowledge of the industry is a really big asset. His office made all the arrangements and coordinated with the banks and I had to do almost nothing. Perfect for a first time buyer or seller. Lastly he was able to get me what I wanted for the price I wanted and sold my house for the price I wanted.
