I highly recommend working with Mike Gooding. He knew exactly what I was looking for and help me find my dream home quickly. He was an expert negotiator and helped me arrange an enticing offer that set me apart from other bidders and in the end it was my bid that won and I got the house! He was fantastic at explaining the negotiating process as well as being my advocate and getting me the best deal possible. He is incredibly responsive and I never had to wait for an answer to my many questions. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I owe that all to my realtor!! In addition, he's also showed my parents many homes in the past and is always very truthful about the property being shown and drove them all around town!
