I first met Mike when he was my moms realtor five years ago. In July of 2020 I decided to start the process of purchasing a home. I was initially under contract in August and there was a lien on the property and after numerous extensions both parties (the seller & I) agreed to terminate the agreement due to a longer than expected timeline to resolve the issue. Evidently Mike helped me find another property in December and we were able to close in 27 days! He was able to negotiate closing cost by getting the seller to agree to cover the cost for replacing the roof. Mike was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. Great service. Definitely the best. Was able to negotiate with the seller and get me the deal I wanted. Got me $5000 seller contribution and $10,000 under asking price. Took his time in finding us the right home and patient in the process. Knew all the answers to my questions.
