He is ignorant of all related to real estate. He is extremely boring calling all the time to all concern including people he has no business calling and he cannot answer any questions related to the real estate transaction. He tries to be liked but he does not know how because he has no idea how to behave in polite way with someone older than he is. He treats clients as if they are pals and lastly he made 13000 .00 dollars with my business and never the less was too much of an an effort for him to drive from San Jos to Castro valley to meet me. Why do you want to meet me?! Finally he is just a lazy ignorant child pretending to be a real estate agent
