The Purchase Offers were very well detailed and prevented any hiccups as we proceeded to closing. He helped arrange the inspection and provided good advice through that process as well. Mike and his team answered questions and was quick to respond to e-mails/calls. His experience shines through at every encounter. I personally walked threw almost 200 houses before I bought my last house. Mike was a new agent with me and we only walked threw 15 houses before I found mine. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his team for some ones real estate, etc needs. He is great.
