Michael was very professional in all area's of my house hunting, p&s, and closing. I feel he went out of his way several times when we were dealing with the sellers on certain issues. He was interrupted a few times on a family gathering but took the time to make sure the deal went through. I highly recommend hiring Michael Galvin to sell your home. In 2016, I had hired another firm to sell my 7 year old home in Chelmsford, and they did no advertising, used a point and shoot camera to take the photos, and had no social media presence. Michael hired his own photographer to shoot and video the house inside and out, using a drone for aerial shots, and created a very professional brochure to hand out, and after being on the market for 3 months already, he had a buyer in 3 weeks.
