Although Michael was the listing agent for the sale of our property he did not work in our favor at all. First off he listed our home under market value and since we had already had a bad experience with renting it through an agent we decided to sell under market value. All the way through the sale process Michael was not only rude he was very argumentative with us on every detail and it appeared he was working more for the buyer than for us the seller that was paying the commission and had agreed to paying the buyers closing cost. In the end he would not return our calls and when we did not close on time he allowed the buyer to start moving into the property without even consulting us or having the buyer sign a Buyers Possession Agreement. We only found out because a good neighbor that had been watching our property for us called to tell us they were moving beds into the house and they were not aware we had closed on the property. After the closing took place and we were to receive a check from the buyer for the early possession of the property we had to call the buyers agent to get our check again because Michael Freeman would not return our calls as of this day he has still not returned my calls. I would not recommend this broker/agent since I found him to be very unprofessional on many levels. It is a shame that I had to write such a poor review. Our house sold in the first week it went on the market because it was undersold in it's market value and Michael Freeman knew he was selling it below market for a quick sale he was not looking out for us as the seller at all on many levels all the way to the end.
