I was introduced to Michael through a close family friend who had been looking for a house in the Indianapolis area. I have been renting my whole life and after moving to Fishers in January of 2018, I was ready to explore purchasing property. Michael was extremely thorough in getting to know me, my personal situation, what I was looking for, what my concerns/questions were, etc. He was always responsive to my texts or calls throughout the entire process and even to this day I know I can count on him if I have any related questions. He was extremely thorough and helpful in all of our tours of properties, giving me things to think about, asking very specific questions of the owners, and working with the sellers to get information to me as quickly as possible. Mostly, Michael gave me great peace of mind in knowing I had done a thorough job of understanding my needs in this first home buying experience, deciding on the right place that met those needs, and doing an excellent job of negotiating with the seller throughout the closing process. I would strongly recommend Michael to anyone (first time home buyer or experienced), because he is extremely knowledgeable of this area, very detailed in his work, and genuinely cares about his clients. I love my place and I am thankful for having worked with him.
