Michael has been my leasing agent for many years for my condos in downtown Chicago. He has been always very helpful in giving me the market condition and rented out the condo in a shortest time possible with the best rent. Since I am not living in Chicago, he also helped me to prepare the condo to be ready for new tenants. Recently, he also helped me to sell two condos. Again, he is also very knowledgeable in sales market. He helped me through the whole selling process, which is sometimes very frustrating. I am very glad I have Michael as my leasing agent and sales agent.
