Mr. Eichenberger is an excellent realtor. Even when things were difficult, he was totally professional. I always felt he looked after my best interest and was representing me. He never minded explaining things or answer questions promptly. I will use him and only him again in the future.

Mike Eichenberger is a realtor I would recommend, especially in the Del Webb section of Rancho Sahuarita. He knows the market, the area, and how to represent his clients. He meets face-to-face and takes phone calls, and he even attends closings... signs of a personable agent!
Mike did as little as possible every step of way. I wouldn’t recommend him under any circumstances. Mike kept on making hateful remarks to me on a regular basis. When I finally told him how much I disliked his snide comments, Mike sent me an email telling me things solely on basis of his perspective and hatred. He tried to tell me that he had been my only friend and everyone else in community hated me! In reality, less than two percent of community disliked me but Hater Mike fell right in line. We asked him to show us other homes in community but all he would do is drive bye and say “you don’t want this”. Mike also engaged with another broker to invade my privacy while he wouldn’t speak with me. He tried to tell me that he was creating new methods of problem solving, but it was blatantly illegal. He later complained that I yelled at him in an email! When Mike received an offer on our house, he then proceeded to act strictly on buyer’s behalf, beseeching me to leave thousands of dollars in personal property. All in all, he did worse possible job and only represented himself. My family had been in real estate for a hundred years-I told him that I had been treasurer in family mortgage company. Mike insisted that he had been in business thirty years and he knew more. Yes , Mike knew how to go bankrupt on his business! On a scale of 1 to 100, I would give him a two. I had an attorney review Mike’s work and he told me to file a complaint with Real Estate board on this clown.
