We listed our home 3 times in 5 years. Mike was our 4th and final try. He relisted our home 2 weeks after one listing ended at the same price and got us an offer in a matter of weeks. He seemed to be able to get the right description to get a buyer in and get it done. He was super responsive to emails and text at any time or day or week. I was concerned that he was located over 40 minutes from us which proved to be irrelevant. He kept us informed at all times and was very helpful. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
