We have worked with multiple real estate agents in several states before first encountering Michael when we bought a house in the San Diego area when planning a major career change. Michael handled the entire house search, house tours, and inspection process for us while we were living overseas and was so thorough and professional that we never hesitated to trust his advice and judgment while buying a house we never got to see physically until after buying it. The experience was so impressive and his approach so friendly, conscientious, and reliable that when our plans changed radically and we decided to sell after renting the house out for a few years, we immediately turned to Michael to handle the sale. He was again super-conscientious and anticipated our needs constantly. Michael went above and beyond any reasonable expectations throughout the process and helped us sell in a relatively weak market for our asking price.
