I have worked with Mike several times in the past 10 years. Every single time he had been detailed orientated and has caught and fixed things that others would have missed. He knows his business so well that he anticipates issues and then has the ability to solve them. When selling a home, Mike gives me suggestions that will increase the value of my home. When buying a home Mike has taught me specific items to look for and why these should be noticed. When I ask him a question, he knows the answer or he finds the correct answer. Mike has been in the business many years and has all the skills one would need for selling or buying a home. He is easy to talk to, explains things that might seem complicated, set us up online so we could see when showings happened and kept us posted on how the showings went as well as when offers came in. Our closing was completed in about 30 days and went smoothly.
