We made the right decision choosing Michael DiPilla as our Real Estate Agent. My husband and I had interviewed a few different agents previously who we didn’t have much confidence in but we both felt very comfortable with Michael. It was apparent from our first meeting that he was experienced and knowledgeable about our neighborhood. It was our first time selling a home and he patiently explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and was always available to answer our questions. And his marketing strategy was very high quality and effective, evidenced by several almost immediate offers. We settled on an offer that was above our asking price and Michael helped us with all the negotiations and paperwork. He’s an excellent agent and great to work with.
