Went right to work to get it done.
As soon as I decided to offer my condo for sale, Mike went right to work on getting it listed and setting up appointments. The offer and counter offer were handled quickly and in a short time the contract was executed. I was very pleased with how smoothly everything went and I would definitely use Mike again when the occasion arises.
