We went with Mike based on word of mouth from friends in the area -- basically, we needed someone who could get the job done ASAP, and everyone said he was the one to do it! Mike handled every aspect of our sale with aplomb. Even before our house went on the market, he worked hard to arrange open houses and showings for us. He arranged for beautiful, professional photographs of our home and set up a gorgeous site that caused us to receive an offer before we showed even once! He handled all negotiations skillfully and kept us out of trouble when we nearly accepted an offer from a "slippery" buyer -- and again at closing, when our buyer tried to breach his contract. We felt very confident that Mike was working for us to make sure that we would sell our house quickly, neatly and for the best possible price.Mike was a pleasure to work with at all times! I hope that I never have to move again, but if I do I will definitely call on him.
