To sum it up, Mike was AWESOME! To explain a bit, I would recommend Mike to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Since initially reaching out to inquire about selling our home, Mike was prompt, professional, and on top of everything. I got daily, and sometimes even multiple times daily, updates on the process and how things were going. Any time I reached out with questions, he explained clearly and concisely, even my over the top OCD questions! Mike was able to navigate every part of this transaction with ease. Every time a form, change, anything was needed, I received a prompt email , text, or call, and we addressed things immediately. There were a few hiccups in the process(on the lenders end, nothing with us/Mike) and they were handled excellently. Even through pushing back closing a few times, Mike was able deal with any and all potential issues with minimal involvement on my part, and in a way that made everything easy and seamless. Again, Mike was awesome through this whole process, and I couldn't give him any higher recommendation. If you are looking to buy or sell your home, this is who you want on your side.
