My family has been very blessed to have Micheal Delgado as our Realtor! Two years ago I needed a Realtor in Ventura County to help me sell my grandmother's home in Port Hueneme. I live out of the area and I didn't know of a good Realtor, so I searched on Zillow. I found Micheal and gave him a call. I knew as soon as we talked that he was the right Realtor for the job. Since that call, he has helped us through two very difficult real estate transactions. The first was selling my grandmother's home which had not been updated since the 1960's, all while I live 4 hours away. Michael helped to facilitate the clean up and renovations before the sale, watered the grass so it wouldn't die, and so much more, going above and beyond what the typical agent would do. Shortly after escrow closed on my grandmother's house, my father unexpectedly passed away. I contacted Micheal to assist me with the sale of my father's house in Santa Paula. This house had a lot of extraordinary challenges, including extensive fire damage, and at times I wasn't sure if it would sell. Michael again went above and beyond to get the home sold. He was always patient, encouraging, positive, and kind during this difficult time. Our family can't thank him enough for everything he did to sell this house. Thank you Michael, you were a godsend for our family.

Michael is a very professional real estate broker. His ability to interact with one or more clients with great ease, and his extensive knowledge in all areas of selling or buying a property was greatly appreciated. He always was willing to explain and answer any questions posed by the family. Michael is especially good at communicating with all parties involved and ensures that important dates are met in a timely manner.
