Michael was very confident he could implement his experience and expertise to maximize our asking price based on the current real estate market, which was highly favorable for sellers during that time in May / June of 2021. He was always available by phone to answer questions and often reached out to check on us and provide much needed guidance during the entire process. We had originally considered another agent who was a friend of a close friend of ours, and fortunately we met Michael as a referral from the agent we used to buy the home 11yrs ago. He assured us he could obtain substantially more than the first agent we spoke with and he made a great first impression with his character and presence. Michael even came over on a Saturday to help us move some heavy furniture around the house for staging purposes prior to posting our listing on the internet. He was so helpful, reassuring, professional and accessible throughout the entire process. Michael certainly came through and got us about $30,000 more than the first agent's estimated selling price. We would certainly use him again for any real estate sale or purchase!
