We had a great experience with Mike. We were moving from out of state and he FaceTimed and sent videos of various homes we were interested in. He offered ideas and opinions when we asked about various areas in the town we were moving to which was tremendously helpful since we are completely new to the area. He worked closely with us as we made an offer and negotiated with the seller until we landed on a price point we were comfortable with and ultimately closed on a new home. He has also been available after the process was complete, offering suggestions for companies/workers that we should consider when looking into upgrades and remodeling.
